๐Ÿ’ก Cook something once and then have it already cook to eat cold as a salade or only few minutes to warm up , like potatoes or pasta macaronis or beans , delicious cold in salade ... Even rice is good cold ๐Ÿฅ—

๐Ÿ’กGet a fan that has a water tank on the top to add ice for the mist ๐ŸงŠ

๐Ÿ’ก Keep your windows and blinds closes to prevent more hot air to get inside or the sun to warm up the room ☁️

๐Ÿ’ก If you have a balcony or roof tiles in under your window like in the case of attics or gables where you see the roof from the window ... Sprinkle water on the room tiles in front of  your window or your deck or balcony and it will get cooler ๐ŸงŠ๐ŸŒฌ️

๐Ÿ’ก Any plants and a dish of water for the birds and scrap food that attract wildlife helps too ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿž️ ☘️ it makes like nature ecosystem and vapor in the air instead of this magnifier effect in front of your window 

๐Ÿ’กChange your sleep habits for the summer and sleep during the day and work at night ... I used to be a fan of the summer night sitting outside on the deck or the balcony ๐ŸŒœ not walking at night though because It is not safe now ...๐Ÿ’ค

๐Ÿ’ก Eat more cooked food then raw ๐Ÿš even if cold left over like pasta or potatoes salade ... Because your body generated heat when digesting and the more raw the more digestion is needed ๐Ÿงฌ
