Grant for tenants in residential areas for their own units/ studio/ suites/ apartment
Who wish to revitalize their units with washing/ repainting/ fixtures/ new frig use less powers electricity / new shower head save water/ new flooring on top of carpet / moving washing accessories & supplies / bug treatment/ carpet washing machine rental / bathtub regroathing / wall repairs / replacing broken included appliances / new window cover / Air conditioning / a portable water pressure 1 gallon tank to wash the windows outside their unit at seasons/ etc etc
For revitalizing own rented unit to help minimize the landlord costs when the tenants rent for an amount of year , because it is difficult for the landlord to do the work if the unit is occupied ... After 5 years maybe the fan is broken and need to be replaced since included ... Or maybe a tenants arrive with not much to even prepare the unit and the landlord is not repainting etc etc this is a lot of expanses for the landlord as they have to repair and care for the whole buildings and so inside is sometimes the business of the tenants to keep it up ... This will help keep it nice even after the tenants rent for a while and update things on their own ...

HAVE FUNDS FOR TEENS TO BE AVAILABLE DIRECTLY TO THEM IN A DIRECT DEPOSIT AND FROM OW (ONTARIO WORkS) OR SOCIAL ASSISTANCE BENEFITS OR WELFARE OF THEIR PROVINCE AND PAID BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNEMENT LIKE CHILD TAX CREDITS BUT TO THEM INSTEAD and the amount of basic need for renting and food
Many are orphans, mostly since CoVid or had to run away from abuse ... If they live with a guardians ... The $ is not budget by them and so it is difficult to assess if they have all they need , if the guardian is using their funds properly or not ... Many peoples might use it all for their mortgage or to addictions, gamblings or to a cult leaders ... And this is the teens who suffer and is penalized when the government did give the $ but the person never got it ... By giving it directly to the teens, funds are spent the same but they really go to the person and don't get siphonated so it is safer for the government $ also ... Also it is safer as they will have $ for themselves and for their health too if they need ... It save on medical fees if they were to be starved by a malicious guardian ... Also the teens will spend it to local food store and for rent and so this will make a circular economy and return to the government portion spent for the next month ... If the rent is offered by the government for example = the rent goes back to the government so the spending is not the whole amount ... This can make possible to help all teens and if they are happy with their guardians , they can help with their portion of food ... This also gives more safety as they live alone, and it is easier to monitor young citizens this way ... If their parents are in the hospital or in jail or deceased , this way they can keep the parent Apt and pay the rent themselves ... And this will help to monitor citizens minors also ... AS EARLY AS 9 YEARS OLD SHOULD BE A GREAT IDEA FOR WHO IS RECEIVING FUNDS FOR THEM INSTEAD
2) studios Apt are simple and humble; the citizens that can afford a bigger living arrangements could do so OF COURSE ... BUT everyone should be able to be facilitated to be able to rent an independent dwelling size studio, and be reliable for ownself by not living with others (unless loves ones) ... Like roommates or students house etc ... Shared house etc are risky too ... A simple studio can be perfect for anyone, and rent price should be lower then the amount total of social assistance, leaving some funds for food also ( food bank are not reliables so better to assume to pay food by self that is also best for the economy ) ... If the government takes back some left to deperish motels, or dwellings like duplex or triplex to divide in small studios independent to rent (maybe 3-4 studios per house) = then the $ for rent is returned to the government for the rent paid, and so the economy is more stable and replenish itself ... Motels could be remodeled like Apt condos and no public rental ... Renting the units monthly ... Surveillance is also easier this way as there is one door facing the street only and open space to go inside or out and this is safer then some buildings for the police to know the whereabouts or keep safe the citizens ...
